About Us

Feels like Robyn is already looking into the future and imagining what it truly is to ‘become’ in this picture.

In all seriousness, empowering women was an immediate topic of conversation between Robyn and Leni, probably what they initially bonded over. That, and a love of 00's RnB.

We’re on a mission to partner with businesses to empower and restore women across all stages of life, using a positive psychology lens. Through collaborative workshops, mentoring initiatives and a curated selection of e-guides and content, we support businesses to provide women with the knowledge, tools and resource to expand into their era of confidence.

We want all women to learn to love the process of becoming.

About Leni

I talk a lot about growing up in a ‘mans world’, having played high level competitive poker since a young age and having the majority of my career in sales. I confess, confidence has rarely been a mitigating factor for me.

However, entering into my working mum era, gave me insight into a whole new world of struggles and left me feeling very alone. I experienced imposter syndrome, a loss of identity and I had no idea if what I was doing was right or wrong, at work and in my personal life.

This is where the ‘big sister’ thought process came into play. So many times I wish someone else could have just given me the answer. Luckily, I have a fantastic support network around me, but you need the confidence to tap into that network which poses it’s own challenges, i’ve always been ‘the strong one’.

Now - my mission is to enable women to have access to resources and support whenever they feel a bit ‘meh’. To challenge the status quo. To take their core strengths and use them to the best of their ability. To truly becoming who they want to be in life.

About Robs.

Having navigated some turbulent experiences in my younger years, my relationship with myself and with confidence has been complex, complicated and something I've had to work hard at.

Throughout my 20’s, each stumble or challenge helped me to know myself better and also to identify where I still needed to develop, or get support. Saying that, I also liked who I was becoming and wanted to get to know ‘her’ better!

Becoming an accredited coach, and studying my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL, required me to coach and support a plethora of people. I began to notice how my habits of ‘people pleasing’, second guessing my worth or ability and limiting myself and my potential due to negative self-talk was common to almost all people, to some degree.

While, at first, I thought “if im having these thoughts and feelings too, how I can I support these people”. But after some simple reframing I realised that this actually made me the perfect person to support others going through these things, I could relate completely!

My purpose is to connect women with themselves more deeply, and with each other, so that they can experience an ongoing increase in confidence, community and to value themselves highly, allowing them to experience deep connection, thrive and live a life of fulfilment and possibility of Becoming.
