OUR VISION

A working world where women are fully represented, wholly confident and empowered in every seat, at every table.

Becoming was born from lived experience and a shared fire. We saw too many women held back - not for lack of talent, but for lack of confidence. We know the impact a confident woman can have. With roots in positive psychology and a hunger to see others flourish, we created Becoming to help women rediscover who they are, and create workplaces to nurture them.

About the Founders

Meet Leni

Leni built her career in sales and recruitment. Leading teams, driving growth and delivering training that made a difference. Results have always mattered to her, but so has doing things the right way.

Now in her ‘working mum’ era (with two little ones keeping her on her toes), she brings both fire and empathy to everything she does. Leni’s passionate about helping women challenge the status quo, back themselves and become who they’re meant to be.

Because confidence isn’t a luxury. It’s a strategy. And Leni’s on a mission to make it accessible to every woman who’s been told to wait her turn.

Meet Robyn

Robyn’s path wasn’t linear and she wouldn’t have it any other way. From performing arts to living abroad to roles across industries, she followed curiosity until it led her to coaching. She trained in 2017, earned her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and became EMCC-accredited in 2021.

Now, as co-founder of Becoming, she’s here to help women remember who they are and build the confidence to show up like it. This work is science-backed. But it’s also personal.

Because confidence isn’t soft. It’s powerful. And everyone deserves access to it.

Supported by

Alexsia

Alexsia never set out to be a coach, but after years of people-pleasing, blurred boundaries and performing confidence she didn’t fully feel, something had to shift. Coaching didn’t just find her - it brought her back to herself.

With a background in employer marketing and recruitment, she knows pressure, pace and high expectations. Now a certified coach, she blends lived experience with emotional insight and no-fluff accountability to help women break patterns, hold boundaries and lead from real alignment.

As Head of B2C at Becoming (and a singer, actress, and podcast host), Alexsia proves that confidence isn’t about picking one path. It’s about knowing yourself, backing yourself, and doing it your way.

Collaboration over competition

  • “I was super excited to work with Becoming because I know the passion that Leni and Robyn put into everything they do, and I love working with people that stand for something good. The programmes we run at The Ned are all designed to have a lasting, positive impact on our learners that I hope will stay with them for a long time, and I can't think of a better compliment to that than Robyn's workshops around confidence, vulnerability, and positive psychology.”

James Partington – Head of Talent – The Ned

  • “Having worked with Leni & Robyn previously, it was a 'no-brainer' for me to work with them again on a personal level, as so many of our values align. Every conversation we have sparks excitement and a real desire to do & be better! We understand that our differences make us extraordinary and we want to do everything we can to support and nurture this individuality in all of our wonderful people. As we continue to evolve as a great place to work, Robyn & Leni's approach to positive psychology really helps us to do this, giving people a forum to have honest and impactful discussions about often taboo topics, sharing ideas and experiences with colleagues. The feedback we've received from the Labs so far has been nothing short of incredible, with managers already requesting sessions with their own teams, as they could instantly feel the impact and value of the conversations they'd been part of!”

Amanda Hall – Head of Talent and Organisational Development – Clermont Hotel Group

  • “I recently attended a group event where Robyn gave a talk around confidence in the workplace. This is the second time I've had the opportunity to hear Robyn and I could honestly listen to her all day. The content was very interesting and informative, presented in a professional and engaging manner. As well as the theory behind workplace confidence there was practical advice and tips that I have put into practice myself with positive results”.

    Corry Horobin – Detective Sergeant

  • “The session delivered from becoming really helped me to feel like I wasn’t alone with the feelings I had around my self confidence. It was delivered in a super friendly and supportive way in a safe environment. I left the session with key takeaways I could implement immediately to really start becoming the person I want to be.”

    Chalotte Lock

  • “This was a fantastic session. It was great that it was interactive as I found what others class as resilience quite enlightening as many of the ideas differed from my own. Would love to do more Labs with them.”
