The Confidence Lab

‘The Confidence Lab’ offers an interactive, curious, and collaborative exploration of confidence. We cover its importance, definition, obstacles, and ways to build sustainable confidence through a 1-day workshop or
mini-series.

Why?

Have you ever felt a lack of confidence?

It’s not a topic we often discuss, however 85% of people report that they have struggled with confidence at
some point in their adult life. Rarely do we think about how our confidence levels came to be, and how we can
consciously improve them.

Through discussion, theory and self-reflection, ‘The Confidence Lab’ aims to leave delegates feeling
empowered and enabled to tap into self-made, conscious confidence, rather than waiting patiently for it to
appear.
