Becoming; a Mentor

"Becoming; A Mentor" is a 6-month hybrid programme that empowers delegates to confidently take on mentorship roles, either formally or informally. All guided by the principles of positive psychology.

Why?

Many of us have helped, supported or advised those around us, yet 8 out of 10 of us feel uncomfortable
referring to ourselves as a ‘mentor’ due to potential lack of confidence, knowledge of even imposter
syndrome.

We will hone their existing skills and experiences through theory, reflection, and peer-to-peer practice,
ensuring that delegates feel more self-assured in providing future support and guidance.
